Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed.

Each stage of processing will be communicated via email, with your tracking number attached once available.

H.P.P Candles Co. ships via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)

Please note that shipping delays are subject to occur, and are out of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

It is our goal to provide the highest level of quality products to all those who put trust into our brand. Each item is made to order to ensure quality control and freshness of ingredients.

H.P.P Candles Co. will accept, for EXCHANGE ONLY, items that are in new condition, un-lit, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. To be eligible, requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receipt of original item. In addition, original item must be returned to H.P.P. Candles Co, in the above mentioned conditions, to be eligible for an exchange. H.P.P Candles Co. has granted the responsibility of return shipment fees to the customer.
